Guitar Lesson Course Description
* Guitar lessons are tailored to each individual student's needs, musical interests and skill level
* Lesson plans are designed for beginning to advanced students of all ages and ability level
* Develop music reading ability and proficiency
* Build a foundation of chord knowledge and chord construction
* Instruct student on proper playing technique
* Explore various soloing techniques and approaches
* Study and perform various styles of music
* Link music theory studies on the fundamentals of music to each student's stylistic interest
* Music theory and composition studies
* Encourage further musical growth and proficiency
* Expand musical knowledge and appreciation
Guitar Lesson Policies
* Student is expected to show up on time for his/her lesson
* Lessons are given weekly, and student must bring his/her guitar and any lesson materials they have to each lesson
* Lesson payments are due on the first lesson of each month, for the entire month
* If a student is to miss a lesson, one week advance notice is required in order for a make-up lesson to be considered
* Make-up lessons are not given for missed/forgotten lessons or last minute cancellations
* Student will be charged for lessons cancelled with less than once week notice
* Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are dependent on my current lesson availability
Guitar Lesson Rates
* 30 minute lesson: $35.00
* 45 minute lesson: $50.00
* 60 minute lesson: $65.00
